Google Apps are a wonderful and powerful suite of tools.  I think everyone I know or have come across, techie or not has used Google Apps or Gmail in one way or another.  Microsoft has noticed this and has now deployed their own version of Google Apps.

The Microsoft version is fully compatible with Firefox and IE (about time Microsoft realized that not everyone is using IE).  The web versions will replicate the functionality of the desktop apps within the browser environment.
