I came across a really cool utility a little while ago.  It allow you to use the MAC OS X Dock in Windows XP or Vista.  It duplicates the functionality to a tee.  Even the System Tray is included.  Here is where to get it and how to install it.

A word of note before we begin.  I found that it works great in XP, and will work on most installations of Vista.  You don’t actually have to install the program, you just extract it and run the .exe.  Download RK Launcher and extract it to a folder.  Then just launch pklauncher.exe and away you go.  That’s all there is to it.  You can also use the right-click functionality on the Dock.
